I really like this picture. Not sure why, but I do.
Gotta love pencil and cell shading. It often ends up looking more real than complicated and detailed colour work.

I dunno. In the movie (I Want To Tear Your Freakin' Heart Out), Hikaru gets the kicking around to end all kicking arounds. If nothing else in the series, that movie gave me sympathy to Hikaru. Besides, Madoka/Akane works just fine.

That's true. The movie was really Kyosuke being slapped in the face with the consequences of his indecision through the series, but Hikaru ends up worse off than he does.
