My good friend, that I utterly adore got me and my son some nice, warm blankets this Christmas. As well as a good portion of art in my gallery. They have kept me up during some of my most awful moments. We have shared plenty of stormy weather ourselves as well. Even a little beat up and scarred, we still trade manic smiles practically everyday.
They always look after me. Making sure my real life doesn't suck so badly. They remember all the little things and make sure to let me know just how much I mean to them, that I'm a person worth time, and that... my happiness is actually important.
I don't know how or if I can ever repay every single act of kindness, sweetness, and love they have given me. Even during our darkest moments, I can only think of how to later greet them with a wry smile and a firm stubbornness we both acknowledge in one another. There will always be teears, but there's always happy sniffles at some point. Even typing this out and thinking of their face, I can't help smile.
They got me something wholly unnecessary. It's cute and yellow and so effing softly. Lawdy. LOL It's a Minecraft baby ocelot. I love it so much. Her name is Sue-Ellen Fluffybutt.
