It's not surprising you haven't seen it. Although not hostile, it is astonishingly patronizing to black people. It was only released once to my knowledge in the last 50 or 60 years, in an extremely expensive archival set of early Disney animation. But bootlegs might be found. I have one I bought at a convention about 10 years ago. Personally, I think the best thing would be if Disney released the B'rer Rabbit sections on their own, as a collection of Joel Chandler Harris stories. They are not especially objectionable in themselves as they are based on Negro stories told before the Civil War, and the characters are animals, not black people. They represent poor white southerners just as accurately as black southerners. I don't know why they haven't bothered ... except the lawyers may caution it might cause trouble and the accountants may say it won't make enough money.
