purplepardus did these things for a while where she'd make this egg (see to the right above the color bars), and you'd "adopt" the egg by buying it outright. Then she'd design a character with minimal or zero input from the adoptive parent, and that character would then be yours to do with as you like. :)

I bought a few of these over 2014. They're fun! I like seeing how they come out. :) But then I end up with a character who never sees the light of day, largely. And I think that swirly ribbon thing is actually part of her, since it was featured in the uncropped version of this image (which has no clothes; I'll provide the image to any artist I commission on request).

She could use a name!
