Oh hey, it's a new Me!

It's taken me a long while to figure out just what I wanted to do about that darn head frill and finally I just decided, "Bah, forget it. I'm fahbulous and need a fahbulous mane."
These colors have been pretty much what I've RPed and used for ages, (like oh, since I was what... four?) and I'm delighted that I was able to get the shading across that I wanted to on that particular sort of purple.

His inspiration has always been divided between clear crystals and Mystic Fire Topaz so, I hope that comes across. All while still managing to be fluffy. Go fig.
