A lot of people go through some crisis at the beginning of a new year. Just let it run it's course and talk to some old friends, or try to reach out to some new ones if you just need someone to talk to. I'm not sure exactly what you're going through but just let it flow through and don't allow it to wreck you.

I didn't see this til now, but Oly, take whatever time you need. We're all here for you and care very much about you.
I'm going to be testing out my family recipe of molasses cookies tomorrow, so I can master it for when I can finally give you a set.
Keep safe. Quiet can be safe, loud can be safe. Whatever makes you feel safe. Warm blanket-burrito is good too.

I find having a body-pillow to squeeze against with a thick comforter over me helps me sleep...and sleep is a good reset button for me. Good luck out there, eggolympia

and yeah like, i'm totally feeling the "quiet can be safe" bit right now. i'm sorta laying low for the time being; feeling vulnerable lately and the last few times i sorta opened up and let myself get "comfortable" things went to shit real suddenly so like. yeah. it's gonna be blanket-burrito and silence for a bit. i'm so thankful you and all my other friends have been as patient and understanding with my emotional junk lately as you have.

Oh yeah, they're super good. I could throw the recipe at you sometime, I've got it saved via excel! It's nothing really super secret, but yeah.
Keeping low is good. It's also good to understand that it's okay to be vulnerable, and to recognize when you're vulnerable. If it's in a private setting, just say to yourself "I'm feeling vulnerable and that's okay". No need to find out why, just focus on that you are feeling vulnerable. Plus blanket burritos is super fun and nice and warm. Just don't get too warm or we'll be baking the big egg!
Bring the bed with you to a couch or something! Though, I'm a cat, so I'm biased about loving beds, haha~ I think you giving out little like "I'm gunna get out of bed" updates on things can really help motivate yourself to get out of bed. Kinda like, giving yourself a requirement to do so?
I dunno but, hey, you're going through some rough things, and you're going to get through them. If it's by walking, crawling, sledding, or driving, we'll get through this patch of rough stuff! There might be fallbacks and fall-forwards, but in the end, let's focus on you becoming happier and loving what you do more.
