Oh, it doesn't have to be very special - it just has to be two layers with stuffing between, like a fursuit, and it'll end up exactly like that :)

My favorite small detail is the crease right at the bottom of the costume's hoof… showing that she's standing on high heels in the big purple boots. Cute!

Well, from the looks of it, it would probably be uncomfortable to wear for a long time! Whoever was in there would be sweaty, hot, and unable to do anything about it. Plus, many people would probably find it humiliating to wear, especially guys!
