The further north you travel, the fainter light becomes, the lower the temperature drops, there is an edge between night and day, where the sun lays bellow the horizon faintly lighting your path through slow growing thousand-year trees, with a ground covered in a soft film of transparent crisp, grown over eons by the cold humid air like blades. Few ever trek up here, but the sights, though limited, are worth it, to have your foot imprinted on moss for the thousands of years of your life.
