So my best buddy  Matthais was overworked, overwrought, and generally frazzled and down in the dumps... I've always wanted to just suddenly spring across the country to visit a friend, and Matt sure needed some comfort amidst his horrible workplace woes... so I went and spent 70k Delta Skymiles and was visiting State College, PA in less than 48 hours. One of the grandest adventures of my life, spending a week with Matt and Elrabin!
One day, while Matt had to work inside a sound proof booth... Elrabin and I got to sit in and listen as he recorded various forecasts... and behind his back the whole time, I was doodling this. It sums up the cramped nature of the tiny booth with not only three people in it, but two of whom are regularly squashing countries under single toes! Elrabin's curious as most felines are, and Brang's just... uh, trying to help there. Yeah. Helping himself to the usual Shiny Thing that gets his attention.
If only I had another 100k skymiles to just leap across the continent more often... ah well. :)
