... I don't know. After I watch this movie. I don't think he is evil form his heart. He left Tigress and her friend back. If he want to scare everyone. Why not he let only one and kill all another. That could effect more then let all of them life. So... I think he just can't get why he can't become the dragon worrier, He feel really bad that he can't make his father proud of him... Then he gone berserk...

After Tai Lung found a lot of thing, chat with his father and read the dragon scroll. He seem to look soft before gone berserk again. So... Maybe he need a lot of time to realize what happen. And then... Maybe he can become a good friend with Po.

Agreed, the movie try to focus a lot on Po so the Five rarely had a speaking scene.

The 300 page concept art book is also interesting. There is a lot of material they didn't put in the film that's in the book that could be used for a sequel.
