I don't know who Brook was, but I found this tunnel portal on the old B&O near Ohiopyle attractive. I like the way the plant is garnishing his name :)

I just learned CSX "daylighted" the next tunnel up the track (i.e. excavated the tunnel and destroyed it). I don't Brook tunnel is very deep, and it's single track (the parallel track doesn't have a tunnel). I wouldn't be surprised if this one goes too.
