Okay new year, new character (or at least new in the sense I've never drawn her before)
meet Mona! (aka Tech) Mona is a part robot, Russian Bluecat with a slight russian accent
she is very excitable and enthusiastic with a great love for glitter, bows, electronics and explosions (especially if there is a combination of these things)
Mona's right arm and back consist of robotics and the visor is retractable, her arm converts into a multitude of weapons
her sweater lights up which is pleasing :3
