Been really busy with several projects over the past year, surviving at least!
This was a piece I revisited recently. It's based heavily on my own Lee Enfield No4 MKI (deactivated, before anyone calls the rozzers) It's rendered in real time in CryEngine 3 - about time I learned how to use the material editor in the engine more !
I've been looking for work, had a few art trials here and there, and I'm waiting to hear back from a place. The company I currently work for offer me more a less my dream job, and they've offered me a full time role. I'm at a crossroads as to what I want to do but ... given I am now guaranteed full time work regardless of what happens - I can finally find time for some more furry themed artwork!

It's made out of loads of triangles, then a picture is wrapped around the triangles to make the weapon.
Both the wire frame (triangles) and wrapping (artwork) are made by hand by StrayJim.
