More doodling. I've kind of been kicking around a toonier, less realistic body type lately (not to mention trying cleaner inking styles), and ended up with this. As many of you know, I'm exploring how I draw humans more lately, and I've noticed that one advantage that furries will always have over humans is flexibility of bodytypes...you could make a human with this build, but it fits so much better this way!
He has some resemblance to my long-discarded i.s.o. bull Rusty, so I decided he's Rusty's gruff, and very built, father.

Emm... I do like my Beef types with extra Protein. >=3 Why is it some bovine's just look cute with a nose piercing. I can't figure out why. I blame Loony Toons. XD
Hm, I can see how you tried to change his design. When you go for a more toony style it does tend to go towards Disney Afternoon Cartoon style, (which is not a bad thing). Plus you're very right. Fur's do have the fortune of having more body types, like Rusty's squishably, huggable Dad here. X3 Human's have to follow that ol, "skeletal anatomy" where Toons don't always have that restriction for precise structure.

I dig it. I like the hyper-masculinity of his lats. It sort of hits a visual style that is definitely "toon," but still looks grounded in a reality. Like if I could get just a little more weight on that lat pull down... I could get there.
