Ooh, this one looks REALLY nice. Better texturing than I've ever been able to do, and I like how you altered the shadow. Only thing that's off is the cooler color temperature of the head relative to the more tungsten-balanced (warm) bits of the rest of the picture. Futzing with the Hue/Saturation and Levels on that layer would fix it.
