OHSNAP PLOT TWIST UP IN HEEYA. Our nervous little frog-friend practices dark and unholy arts! Is he really as innocent and timid as he seems, or SECRETLY PLOTTING THE UNDEAD DOMINATION OF THE WORLD!? Who knows?
Oh right, I do. *locks up plot notes in secure fan-proof safe* D:
Strictly speaking this page shouldn't be up until tomorrow but I'm working the early tomorrow and won't have time to upload it so BOOM. Enjoy. <3

Yep, and that's when it becomes "frowned upon" instead of forbidden. Most series don't acknowledge the talking to the dead side of necromancy and that usually gets lumped in with clergy or shamanism instead. Necromancy is typically all about binding souls to your will somehow and using life draining spells.
I'm not supporting or defaming necromancy in this world yet, because we don't know how it works. Does the caster actually enslave a soul, does he simply place the souls back in bodies like a typical resurrection, or is necromancy a completely different format in this world? I'm not judging his powers until we learn more about them.
Eh, fair enough. I just felt that a lot of people in the comments were making a judgment before learning his powers, as if somehow it's okay that he animates corpses.
Until we see more, can we agree not to say whether his magic is good or bad? I may be biased against it, sure, but until we know more, it's not fair to judge either way.
