The most complex thing about this one was the text. I had to find a text style I wanted online and then color it properly. The blur/burn effect was actually a Sharpen that apparently wanted to do something else, so I stuck with it.
The eyes were simple. Find a Challenger tier icon and then just adjust its angling. They were each their own layer but it helped them position nicely.
