Ok, read the desc below if you really wanna know. this took several days of working on and off in photoshop, the lines were done on paper, scanned, then colored and background added. I think it came out damn spiffeh...


Ok desc:
This is a tempu. on the world jolensh (my pet project for several years) there are 13 species or sub-types of dragon, each a different color and based on a different concept or element. Tempu happen to be the air dragons. They are generally purple, with shades of white, blue, and pink to blend well with the sky during sunset and storm times. They have two horns, which merge into a single horn as they age, as seen on this older male. Their bodies consist of a long serpentine form, with a torso. The only limps are wings, on very rare occassions two sets. They usually have a feathered ridge going down the back, and feathers at the end of their long tails, acting as a rudder. They also have long ears, similar to a donkey or a doberman. Their 'scales' are more like ridges on old leather, their skin being more a hide like a crocodile. They live in caves on the floating isles of Jolensh, controlling the storms and watching over their reclusive mortal cousins, which are similar in appearance to angels, with more bird traits added in. They have powers over the weather, and can breathe strong gusts of wind at opponents.
