Remember the Icebird? That wasn't just a gag character for the sake of a pun. We actually have a history together. Heck, I'm the one that hatched her.

Which is awesome. Of all the Pelippers you raged at when you kept getting attacked by them over and over again while surfing, I'm the only one that a legendary Pokemon has ever called "Daddy."

Only problem is that, whenever we run into each other again, she likes to use my beak as a nest. Which is awesome, except that. . . Well, yeah, you see what happens.

After this, I'll probably try to find a more permanent home for her. Life's been getting hard out there for legendary Pokemon; the trainers are getting so much stronger, so much more resourceful, and there's increasingly less and less of the world in which Pokemon can remain free. I might need to think about sending her to live with Deva.

Pyroar there is from another one of my surrogate families (Oh yeah, I get around. Just not with anyone I'm physically compatible with). Part of me thinks it would be fun to take her back home and present her to Tracy as my new mate and to my kids as Auntie Pyroar, but I should really consider sending her to go live with Deva too.

Yeah, I obviously need to do a lot of thinking. . . If I only had the capacity. . . Nnngh. . .
