Sake is made from fermented rice.

Unlike Beer which made from malt/wheat/barley, Sake's alcohol smell is very strong but after you've swallowed it does feel sweet on your tongue with the aroma flavor in the mouth, And feeling warm inside as well.

I've tasted Wine, Beer, Vodka, Whiskey, Soju(Korean's famous liquor) ETC. but in term of taste and enjoyment the one I love the most is hot Sake, Especially in the winter.

Undiluted one is around 18-20%

I think it's a perfect amount, Since single digit alcohol liquor didn't feel anything at all and made you drink it a lot, And liquor with more than 30 degree of Alcohol made people drunk before they even can enjoying their moment.

Just drink anything that suits you the best, haha

There's no right or wrong, it's just depending on personal taste after all :3
