Man, Curse of the Were-Toaster went downhill after #154. I mean, bringing back Uncle Waffle-iron? What were they thinking?

I know I know. And then they decided to kill Weretoaster and replace him with his own son! And then there was the past issue where Weretoaster told the world who he really was, but then they made everyone forget somehow. And they've changed his costume at least 40 trillion times. ;)

The original Weretoaster was the best! I hear they plan on making a game!?

What I REALLY hated was the 1990's Toaster remake with Warren Beatty. :P

What were they thinking!?

I mean, Madonna as the toaster's mate? Can you say "deal with Burger King"?

I was always more of a fan of the more dramatic spin-off Butter with no Bread. Butter is so emo, but the character development was so far beyond anything in Toaster.

I only saw one really old black & white movie with this character in it, and I think it was the last one because it had a HUGE cast starring all of the others... Frankenslice, Spatula, The Gummy and The Creature From The Back Burner. It was some movie ^_^

Hey, I remember that one... Poor, tortured soul that he was,..""Even a fur who eats his meals/And savors every bite/May become a toaster when the cord's plugged in/And the knob is set to 'light.' ". And the special effects as he "toastered" (it took hours between takes as each bit of make-up was applied) still look hauntingly effective even today in this modern age of CGI and such. Have to hunt around and find this one :)
