Vrghr commissioned  shottsy85 for a series of comedic New Year's pics. Here's the wuffy and Waffles the donkey trying to celebrate the ball drop.

Unfortunately, Vrghr's stubby paw fingers proved unable to extract the cork from the champaign bottle. Poor Waffles was getting worried! It's almost time for the big event, and they don't have anything to toast with!

In desperation, Vrghr resorted to trying to pull the cork with his strong lupine teeth. He was wiggling it out when Waffles exclaimed they were about to miss the drop!

Distracted, Vrghr was about to turn to Waffles when the cork let go! *PAMF* Vrghr suddenly found his mouth filled with the high pressure spray shooting from the agitated bottle.

"Oh no!" Waffles was dismayed. Their toast was spraying out the wuff's ears! He was wasting their drink! Waffles had to do something!
