This is our new dog, Rocky. Brim needed a therapy dog of sorts, so here we have him. He's a rottie/pitbull cross, but thankfully, Brim is used to large dogs, and my brother in law is really good with training techniques. Also, we'll be taking him to obedience classes, that is, if we can get the cats to warm up to him. Right now, they're cautiously curious and he's way too eager to check them out, but he hasn't barked or raised his fur at them. Once he starts ignoring the cats, we can allow the cats to roam around him with supervision. If they stop hissing and he shows no interest, then we can relax and let them be completely unsegregated. If it's just not happening, we may be reluctantly taking him back there and waiting on a more cat-friendly dog, but we'll see what happens.
There may be only 2 Sketch Club shows this weekend, depending on how things go.
