This is an astoundingly well done image. You can really build a lot of concepts for Fan Fiction stories while even seeing this as something that may have, or still does, happen since Pinkie moved to Ponyville.


The way they are coddling her is as if she came into their room after having a bad dream. Or perhaps feeling a sense of loneliness that she may have gotten from being so different from the other Pies?
