How do you make these?

I draw them in Paint Tool Sai with a tablet :D

I mean how do you think of what Pokemon to mash :P

I already had an idea I wanted to make. An eevee with transparent fire so I go and buy some pokemons that has that any ghost type for the blue flare and breed them to my eevee. If I get a fusion in the roll I just mash the ghost type into the eevee to make a ghostly eevee without worrying about doing a eevee/something hybrid.

Right now I want to make a cute eevee that can walk on two and fluffy, so I'll be trying to breed a minccino to a eevee to get that and maybe a ghost type too to get a ghostly hairstyle like these.
