sarhea suggested in my stream that I should do an anthro version of Tam for fun. So this is the result! It was going to be just a sketch but I really got wrapped up. I had a lot of fun coming up with what clothes he would be wearing. And gave him a ludicrous sword because why not.
Thankfully Tam has pretty simple markings so it was too much of a leap to transfer them onto an anthro body.
It was a challenge to try a new body type, Tam is a young teen so I was aiming for somewhere between 13-15. Lately I am starting to feel much more comfortable with human anatomy, I am going to continue working hard on getting better at it. I have been eating up tutorials lately.
Always fun to draw a new take on your character! But I think he will be sticking to his 4 legged form :)

Thank you! And for pushing me to try it! I'm glad I shaded him as well, i tried out some new things with the intensity of the shading and I like the result. Though now I kind of want to draw all the other characters as anthro versions of themselves. Or even to try a human version!
Oo...human versions? That would be a hard challenge, with no markings to differentiate between them-having to use hair/body style/skin color and such alone? Man, that could definitely be a good challenge...one that I'd watch, lol. I know I can't draw humans and too unmotivated to even think of trying xD
