Lance Wildfyre and Apia Redmane (owned by  gideon ) were hanging out with some of the Bangor Tides after the  albanyalphas played them. Hearing that they were going to a goth club, some of Lance's friends from the area (who moved up there after high school) thought it'd be fun to dress him up and dye his fur for the occasion.

What they failed to mention is that it was permanent dye, not temporary, and that the reason it was covering his fur so well was because it contained a fast-acting bleaching agent. (And a warning to not re-dye for at least 2 weeks, unless he wants the fur to fall out.)

The next day, Lance discovers that good times sometimes come with a price - here he's not too happy about the contrast between his fur and his jersey. Cheer up, Lance - your fur will grow back in soon - it's a good look for the winter!
