Thanks!
And yes, I know reptiles (not being mammals, the only creatures with breasts) shouldn't have breasts, but the Sileans were intended to be one of the "safe approachable humanoids" of the game, and amongst normal, non-furry, non-biologist, non-hardcore-fantasy/sci-fi people, "female people have boobs", so they have boobs :b Arguably, it could always possibly be a case of convergent evolution driven by sexual selection - females that had breast-like mounds were more reproductively successful than those that were flat chested, therefore pseudo-breasts evolved.
It's been one of the more interesting aspects of working on this game, actually: I normally aim towards a particular concept and run with it until -I- am happy with it and think it accomplishes all that it was intended to, but working on this game, everything we make has to be likeable by all the team, AND also something we think the maximum amount of target audience will like. It's a tough, dangerous line to walk, and as I'm the one with the most experience with design, I often have to tell people that an idea they think is "crazy and out there" really in fact, is not. We're doing a genderless plant race (which I'll be posting shortly), and we've already had problems where some people think they're too alien that no one would possibly want to play them, they should have genders and just look like a dryad or something. But the goal of the game was, I was told, to put forward ideas and races and creatures that aren't in other games, and I think shying away from doing some more exotic races (and I don't think the plant race is THAT out there, honestly) especially when we've made sure to make some more approachable ones would be a mistake. So I pushed to keep them in :b

So long as their reproduction is explained(which I'm pretty sure it is with your plant-like ones, by growing from seeds), the only problem I see with a genderless species is grammar.
"She" would sound wrong, "he" would sound sexist, "they" could be considered grammatically incorrect, "it" would sound awful for obvious reasons, and nobody really likes those gender-neutral pronouns like "Shi."
So, good luck trying to come up with a solution for that, as it won't be easy.

Also, you could just say that the females have larger pectoral muscles, and leave it at that. It makes sense that the females could be more muscular as this race is matriarchal, and it could explain why a reptilian species could have what appears to be breasts without displeasing the nerds like me.
Hm, I don't think so? Maybe some tribes do, and some don't! Males are responsible for raising young while the females immediately "go back to work," so I could see it making sense to have multiple males around to take care of various duties or if they have multiple babies with each birthing.
