A pencil drawing from around '02 (?) - Emma, younger, before the story starts, - the summer she and Ash fell in love. Emma is the vulpine colony's doctor/chemist/anthropologist as it were. She spent her first summer at the colony at the coyote village and out in the wild with Ash. (See other pics in my gallery for more about the story).
So this is just flat colours with a hard light layer to make it look more rendered, and a texture and noise layer to give it some subtle complexity. A couple tweeks here and there. Background is just ruff idea. When i get around to it i'll probably do this as a full painting, no ink or line and a lush rainforest background...

Re shorts: Didn't start off being tight. The coyotes kept giving her coyote sized portions all summer, and she didn't want to be rude by not finishing them...
The outfit...way back when i designed it i thought it rather original...but i guess it was an idea floating formless out there as i later found a fox archeologist wearing a similar outfit in a Chip N Dale rescue rangers episode...so i guess it was some sort of Tomb Raider thingy in the back of my head...but why the frick did they use a fox too??? ....oh well....
