Go with number one. People are attracted to cuteness. Number three, people might take it as there's a drunk fish in a cup of coffee. And number 2 look good but it doesn't add up to the effect of number one. Fish drink coffee is cute but number also show the love for coffee! Not just to taste it. But to savor it while it's there! -u-
I consider you the master texturer of FA. You just seem to understand and nail every single texture you encounter, and the realism in every image you upload is so vivid, even though you draw the cutest critters I've seen :) I always look forward to a upload from you, they fill me with so much inspiration!!
I love all three, but I think the one on the left is easier to see faster that is coffee-related, as most think of coffee in paper cups (unless you go to starbucks a lot) and the rounder shape is pleasing to the eye as well!

Too strong of coffee gives me the jitters though, like having too much of the ZAP coffee I use to get.
