This was the mystery surprise for my Spooky Holiday contest. Each winner received a Krampus doll at random so it was neat to see which winner got what :)

you know what this of course means......Krampus dolls will be available for sale as pre-mades! :D
I was very excited to figure out how to not only fashion a convincing looking whip for the doll, but how to actually make the doll hold onto their own whip instead of me having to figure out a less natural way to attach it to their hand or arm.

Face, feet, hands, and horns are cast in a durable resin. Eyes are home-made.

These dolls are super fun to play with (I play with my prototype so much and take it with me places)
