A request of a new character of mine done by the amazing FlaemofMadness-Tag ... I really do call him amazing because I gave him most of the reign on design as... for once, I had no damn clue what the heck I wanted, plus I wanted a Cybergoth aesthetic of sorts on top of; only thing I knew that would be Cybergoth for sure was the mask. ^^;
