Oh Yes and it works rather good http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produ.....fm?pcatid=3452 but they do get wise to it no matter what they say unless you have a real dumb pet. It would launch Smoker cat about 3 feet in the air. But it did stop him from getting on the counters. Nightmare on the other hand not bright. I ware velcro tabbed shoes and I got real good at hitting the cat with my shoe. I would hit them when their back was to me so they didn't know where it came from. It got to the point all they had to do was hear the ripping of velcro and they would freeze, huncker down and look around wildly for something to come flying at them. With Kink he got caught with duct tape and packing tape a few times. We found him wrapped up in two strips one time when we got home... He had been fighting it for a while he was one tired kitty when we got home.
