I'm currently selling my partial suit of the character Sally Acorn from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, for $340. Items included underneath are as listed:
- Head(is made from a resin base from Smooth-On Smooth-Cast resin with filler added for extra strength, has a helmet attached inside of it, and the size of it is 24"x20")
- Paw sleeves
- Boots
- Vest
- Brown lycra under leggings
- Brown long sleeved, hooded lycra undershirt
- Brown lyrca gloves( to wear underneath paws if desired)

Here you go. http://oi57.tinypic.com/2myyeu1.jpg As you would expect from a Sonic character, the head is big, if the Sonic and Kazooie head in the back for comparison isn't any indication. The vest and paws are oversized as I was trying to make sure that things were up to proportion. I wasn't able to get the boots into picture though(I'm always stuck having to get pictures taken by myself), but like the vest they are also oversized.
I'm 5'3" tall, so your height should fit this. My shoe is also just about the same as yours, but the boots will fit just about anyone who is a small up to an extra large. And seeing how Sally normally portrayed as(body anatomy wise), I think your measurements would fit her, and whatever may be off can easily fixed with simple padding.
Seeing that head reminded me of the "Sonic Live In Sydney" stage show at Segaworld Sydney in Austrailia back in the late 1990's.
No video of the show is available anywhere online...just the audio track which is ridiculously cheesey (Sally has a southern accent that makes her sound like a cousin to Bunnie Rabbot).
