Sure thing. The character is turned slightly to the right, but there's parts of the clothes that are centred when they should also be slightly turned to the right. Look at things like the gasmask and the dog tags, things that would usually hang centre in the body. Trace a line from the centre of the neck, the centre of the chest down to the crotch - notice how it bows out at the torso? Although, thinking about it now, I suppose we could say the body is turned towards us, but the head and legs are slightly turned away.
