It's my birthay and here I am drawing someone elses character for my graduation finals picture as a gift to her X3 I'm such a silly bre~

EITHER WAY...the white was suppose to be lightning but I couldn't get it to work in my favor with the pastel it waned me to use. and I branched way off on the original lesson X3 but I told myself I would save Milachu for my graduation lesson so here she is

I really hope Mila likes this. I tried to detail her color scheme, eye lashes, and her cheek marks the best I could. Plus I drew this while I wasn't home ^^''
