Kung Fu Panda is now officially my favorite Dreamworks movie. Well obviously it featured anthropomorphic animals but they were depicted as retaining their animal characteristics.
One of the most animalistic behaviors I found enjoyable was in the end credits in 2D animation was Master Tigress playing with a punching bag Po started out with. The one i nthe movie looked nothing like this one here; in fact the one in the movie reminded me of a Tanuki despite it being in China.
tigress's cat-like attitude of playing with the punching bag was really cute. I drew Master tigress playing with a ';Po Punching Bag' right here; no doubt she must've wished for one the first time Po was named 'The Dragon Warrior'.
But overtime her acceptance of Po helped make her more likeable and she's now playing with it like a cat with a ball of yarn.
So my character Ruth Campbell at the botto mis also playing with her own "punching Bag"; a "Chris Fuzz" punching bag. Chris Fuzz is my raccoon fursona; and Ruth's crush. She is also playing liek a cat as she is one with this punching bag.
Both Tigress and Ruth play; one showing more affection than the other. Puurrrrrrr. ^__^

You're hinting at Tigress, right? Lol, I kid xD. Then again, looking at this kind of hints at a possible Tigress/Po. Omg xD. I was watching the intro to the movie this morning just for kicks and I forgot just how wicked that intro to the movie was - speaking of which, I've got KFP's soundtrack now xD.
But anyway, your version of Tigress is just so cool! I see you've tried to go for the KFP style with the large forarms and the round feet, and it's lovely seeing Ruth again as well, other which it's just so funny seeing Fuzz as the punching bag, I can also see how cat-like you tried to make her, which works if I might add!
You got more comments over at your other page than here, so this is my reason for not commenting the same over there. Great job! Hope to see more uploads from you in the future here.

Well I was kinda hinting at Ruth; but I am sure tigress is also very affectionate now. Who knows, maybe in the sequel she and Po just might hook up. XD The intro is SO wicked Jenny; based od Chinese shadow theatre. BTW: you will LOVe the art book. I saw it; the Tai Lung concept art is so AWESOME! :D OST is good too I should get it as well. ;)
Yeah the KFP style is also good for learning how to draw anthro characters without making them look entirely human. As is noticed with Tigress she virtually has no breasts; meaning not all the furry girls need em. XD Yeah I think Ruth is becoming more cat like rather than jsut a cat girl. The movie helped me flesh out animal characeristics more in her; Tigress is a good model to study from. Puurrrrr. ^__^

DA and FA are now my main places for posting anthro art; I'm kinda liking it here aswell too ya know. ;)
