I think it's safe to say that Richard Bartrop is one of the pioneers of furry sci-fi and fantasy artwork. His work, going back probably 20 years at least (I'm not actually sure when he started, but I've been following his stuff since the mid 90s), has set the stage for legions of artists who followed. Naturally then it was an honour to have him draw my space kitty Megan Hilbert, and the results speak for themselves.
