I want to thank you very much. Info about (& for) cartooners should be illustrated. That may seem 'obvious', after someone like you does it for us, but I don't see something this wise done that often.

This has been fun.. I actually remember most of those.. I even own some.. perhaps half the titles listen actually. This is the stuff that I started collected when I first entered the fandom.

I've never heard of Tales of Lair, looks like interesting art. I so miss both Wingwarriors and Zaibatsu Tears. I want more Pi. And I so regret having joined Huzzah at it's tail end.

TALES OF THE LAIR is a new one to me as well. I'll have to watch for spare copies floating around...

I don't know how much of a general distribution it got, but Aimee Major was selling copies at this past ComiCon, so it can probably still be ordered from her. (No comment on wether it's particularly kosher to be selling the first part of a multi-part story she clearly has no interest in doing any more of, but whatever...)

Zaibatsu Tears was great- Being a fan of ShadowRun, I thought the concept was cool.

Thank you very much for producing this very informative series. It was a bit startling to realize just how many of these I still have in my comic collection and how many years it's been since I've seen them.

I read your journal post, this is a pretty cool idea. I remember reading quite a few of these and I still own a bunch myself (albedo, the joe rosales stuff, havoc inc, etc.). This is the sort of stuff that got me into the whole 'genre" in the first place, so it's cool to see all these other people interested too!

I'm still working on collecting all of the Zaibatsu Tears comic books. How many comic books are the Limelight Press of the Zaibatsu Tears stories? Did the series stopped at the second series, second issue as listed here (especially the cover said part one of four on the second series second issue)? Was the first series made up of two comic books or more? First series collects all of the Furrlough stories, but with new added comic pages?

I honestly don't remember, but Richard Bartrop is on FA as  rjbartrop so you can ask him directly.

Thanks, he told me there are only three comic books published in the two Limelight Press series as a whole. First Limelight series is only one comic book, and second Limelight series is only two comic books. He doesn't seem to explain much, I could have asked him why stopped. He seems busy, but took his time to explain how many comic books published.

Most people stop doing comics because they're a tremendous amount of work for little or no money.

I understand, which is why I'm figuring out to make comics what I would like to have more for myself. Both good and bad, comics definitely can be challenging for what they are.
