If her stools are without blood now, I would stick to apple cider vinegar and no other treatment. Make sure she's eating, drinking, being a typical active chicken, and just watch closely for any changes. I've found, with all avians, that over-treating symptoms that could just be one-time flukes, or short little episodes that can clear up on their own, causes more problems than it solves.

They went from normal to diarrhea and possible blood in it, should I electrolyte, probiotic and vinegar her water or Sulmet and electrolyte?

Ohhh, well that's not good. I would go with Sulmet and electrolytes then. If she starts to get worse, getting really sluggish, sleeping all the time, definitely try to find an avian vet nearby. Ours works with all avians, including chickens.
