In this second in a series of doodle images, inspired by my story "Toying Around", I'd decided to draw a comparison shot of 'Lupine' - with his modern day grown-up (and grown-out) look on the left, and his school-age juvenile (pre-obese) look on the right.
It should be noted that I'd rendered all of these doodles on the backs of specialized fliers from the Florida Department of Transportation (RE: the installation of guardrails throughout portions of Florida's Turnpike). I was a toll collector during the time I'd written "Toying Around", and as I was writing segments from Part 2, I began to imagine what some of these scenes looked like. So, during a few lulls between cars and their drivers (sometimes for as long as 5-10 minutes, on extremely slow days), I would draw doodles of said scenes on the backs of the aforementioned fliers. So don't mind the translucent sight of a map and backward text, overlapping my artwork; it won't interfere with the imagery I'll be presenting in the days ahead...

Weirdly FA hasn't been including these in my submissions lists for some reason, so apologies for not hving commented earlier. These are really nice Rob, thank you very much for drawing them! Heh, I hadn't considered myself as a cub before. Impressive contrast... *hefts his stomach* Have I put on weight?
Well, Wolfgonewide, I'd always wanted to write an imaginary tale about a grown-up 'fat furry' and how he/she first experienced total obesity at a younger age; I chose a pre-teen period for your character.
The comparison shot here was drawn just to make sure that the perspective of the adult and juvenile versions of 'Lupine' were as close to perfection as possible (even though it's only a doodle).
