Ahhh. Never had an issue yet with mine. I wash mine in the tub and soak the bottoms and all. Its just the shoe inside needs to stay dry. Else its fine. Because the foam in mine is the polyfil and i know the tail has the same stuff. Which to wash my tail....is to just out it in the washer like a plush.
Asked my maker all the info long ago, so learned for my case its 100% fine ^.^
