REBUILDING AND RE-PURPOSING AREA B-013

Agent Birkin and Skraja both have submitted a requisition order for rebuilding a abandoned sector in area B-013 and re-purposing it to be a "S.B.O.W Preserve" this will require a large investment of resources and personnel, but HQ actually think its a good idea, we have recently captured some S.B.O.Ws and keeping them in the main base could be dangerous, if we could keep them in a different location and keep them monitored, we could also make more progress on studying them, this also means we could move the creatures to more spacious environment and keep incidents with S.B.O.Ws on the base to the minimum.
Inform Agent Birkin that we will be assigning a team in order to start setting up the basic structure of the facility we will be also placing the next S.B.O.Ws under her care:
- STRLTS KUSU
- STRLTS DVOSTRUK
we are sending them properly sedated and also wearing tracking devices we will start moving other S.B.O.Ws as the facility expands, we are also annexing the next document for safety measures with Kusu and Dvostruk:
"Kusu and Dvostruk are both variants of the original Strelats, since their capture we noticed that both creatures don't like being separated and doing so will make them uncooperative and violent this is specially evident with Dvostruk, its also relevant to inform that since their capture Dvostruk has made a full recovery, he is now properly feed and no longer suffering from malnutrition, becuase Kusu was not suffering from malnutrition we have assumed that both creatures were having trouble finding food while on the run and Dvostruk was giving any little food they could find to kuzu to keep her fed, his wounds have fully healed his broken ribs and broken left arm have fully regenerated, advice Skraja that when we asked him to bring S.B.O.Ws alive we meant mostly unharmed not half dead, this of course means that both Dvostruk and Kusu don't like the presence of Skraja near them and will react violently to him, We know you will have no trouble handling them agent Birkin as both creatures don't react violently to you and are fairly cooperative, we assume this happens cause they identify you as a member of their species, we on the science team wish you the best fo lucks on establishing the preserve, we will be joining you there when we are able to setup the lab and also when we are able to move Kifaru safely there".

It doesn't surprise me that Ada and Leon can also most likely identify Sherry based on her scent, and Leon in particular did seem like a big brother figure to her. Though again, she's more or less the same species, which the report made obvious they are friendly and cooperative with her. Though it figures that Jake has to be instructed to hold back on his beatings. It sounds cool to me that while it's unlikely the S.B.O.Ws can be made human again, at least Sherry's good idea is going to give them a nice open space to roam around and more or less be relatively undisturbed. I wonder what the sector is like? Is it much like Parasite Eve 2's underground facility in that it's a domed environment filled with plant life to perfectly mimic a forest or jungle, or is it like that already and the BSAA are simply going to set up walls and such to keep them fenced in to a degree?

Leon recognizes Sherry cause he heard her name and its familiar to him, like with Ada he feels close to her but not its not in a sexual or romantic way , he feels more like a father or brother to her.
The BSAA doesnt have the resources for a subterranean facility at the moment its more of like a enclosed area with fence and walls and some abandoned buildings, they are gonna re-purpose those to build the preserve, the place will be use to hold both the S.B.O.Ws in a more spacious environment and also to study them

I already figured it wasn't going to be underground. I referenced it simply because there, it was kind of like a combination free range and zoo; saying more would spoil that game's plot, so I won't. As I said, it's good Leon still acts like a big brother or surrogate dad to Sherry; poor girl certainly toughened up since Raccoon City, but that doesn't change the fact of how old she was while the city was in chaos and her father turned into the G-Mutant was after her. She's lucky to have Leon and Claire (At least as seen in the recent photo in a much better situation from afar); and it's cute how she and Jake are still warming up to each other.
It sounds to me like once the walls and surveillance are up, the SBOWs will be just fine, what with having the abandoned buildings for shelter from the rain and aside from being studied, they can relax about not treating every day as a life or death survival issue against other BOWs running around on the loose and bothering them when they just want some quiet.

NeoArk is way too advanced to build and would require much effort and resources not to mention a lot of time they will slowly add structures to the abandoned complex eventually turning it into a fully fledged S.B.O.W preserve and study center thsi will allow the military branch and science branch to operate independently without having S.B.O.Ws in the military base.
Also Leon recognized Sherry, but Sherry has not realized Dvostruk is Leon or that Kusu is Ada.
S.B.O.Ws still feel the need to hunt and while they enjoy easy access to food they also wont let their hunting skills get rusty, they might even deploy the S.B.O.Ws to help field agents if the creatures are cooperative enough
