Finally. Finally, finally, finally.

It took SIX years to finally develop this sequel to 2008's "Turn to Stone" and I really think I hit the nail on the head with how I wanted to continue the adventure of Mystikal, the Crossbreed Dragon and his new found companions since leaving the city of Cassidia Centre on a sailboat for destinations unknown.

I can't even recall how many different scenarios I thought up, wrote out the first Chapter or two, and hated it. I was even experimenting with some companion stories about Mystikal's past to help spur my creativity and create a fitting story.

No avail.

But then, about three weeks ago, a friend had asked me for a copy of 'Turn To Stone' so they could read it, and I sat down and reread it from start to finish (as well as the original beginning story 'Raindrops') and the ideas started to form in my head. I couldn't let this story series nor these characters be forgotten. Not yet anyways.

So, here is the first Chapter, with the second already a few pages in. I know it's been a long time between stories, and I do apologise....with everything going on and my writer's block....it just....I guess I needed a break to find just the right storyline.

Anyhow, I hope you enjoy. I would recommend reading the last Chapter of "Turn To Stone" just to have an idea of what's going on, but that's entirely up to you. In fact, I read through and cleaned them up and edited them..so I think I will repost all of 16 Chapters in their new, cleaned up format.

And before I forget, the character of Jin 'Mystikal' Tsang, the main character of this series, was created by and belongs to and I hope she doesn't mind me bringing this character back for another story. He really is a fascinating character and I truly do appreciate her for allowing me to develop him and use him in these stories. Thank you very much. From the bottom of my heart.
