Wow. I read the earlier pages and suddenly I got a strange flashback over ICP's "Ol' Evil eye". Dunno if you've heard it, but it has this guy killing an old man who has this weird eye.

I will admit that old people sleeping can be cute sometimes.... depends who it is that's asleep though... When grandpa falls asleep on the couch, he has a look of innocence on his face, almost like that of an infant... like the world is going on and he doesn't give a damn cuz he's just so happy curled up on the couch...
Yeah, I spent most of my life at my grandfather's house. He's the one who provided me with most of my happiness as a kid. Hell, as a child, our elders make our world so happy and vibrant, they are our ties to the past, our heritages, full wisdom. Meanwhile our young minds yearning for this knowledge, and our elders are more than happy to oblige.

Thankee! I don't know if anyone else has done an anthropomorphic Poe, but I know there are a stupid ton of other people in my Digital Methods class who are doing Poe *frustrated*. Oh well... I have my reasons for doing Poe and I say that sometimes, if you love it so much, it's not what you do, it's HOW you do it that makes it original.

I think it was back in the thirties that a notable musician stated that all viable, original musical ideas had been created and the only originality left was in composition and execution. I think he's been proven several times over, not just in music but in written and drawn arts as well, so yeah...
That's really why I like your art so much. Your style and vision are nearly unique, at least in my experience.
