This is Mysty, a female panther/dragon hybrid.
Her attitude is sassy and mysterious.
Traits are blue(sparkle) paint splotches all over her body. Hands, feet, and tail were dipped in blue.
She has a scar on her right ear. A piece is missing from it.
A earring an cuff on her left ear with a simple feather attached to it that never comes off.
Two different color eyes.
Her horns curl around behind her ears like a ram.
