"Last year, I was gifted an art tablet from a contest, and I made a promise to actually use the thing. And I did, at first. Even hosted a couple Livestreams. But I wasn't really getting into it, partly because I wasn't feeling confident in my art. So I joined  conbadgeexchange in the hopes that doing so would give me the push I needed to get it going.

"You see, the way it works is that you sign up to have a badge made for you by a random person, and in exchange, you also have to do a badge for a random person, or else you're blacklisted from the exchange. With such serious repurcussions, I thought for sure I'd get around to drawing the badge that was assigned to me.

"But I didn't. As you can see above, the badge I requested was made, but I didn't make the badge for the person I was assigned. So I was blacklisted. Now, it is possible to get taken off the blacklist if you eventually do the badge, but my confidence was shot and I couldn't do it. In fact, it's because of all this that our channel hasn't been updated in a while. I'm the one responsible for most of our activity here, but after what happened, I just wanted to avoid the place for a while.

"Anyway, sorry for the depressing story. This is still a nice badge, Silverfang." =)
