If the opponent sends out a swampert, well the king of arcanines would lose. Unless he can find a way to teach himself a grass move, or he could woo it. Which I'm sure he could do, with that fluffy ass of his.
Anyways this drawing is still epic, from the first time I saw it. ^^ I think Willamca willingly let someone capture him. But he probably had them mak a deal, or a motive the trainer has no clue of.
