Sadly I guess most pegasi wouldn't be around most of the time. Judging from the looks of the sky above my sky seems to be a dumping ground for broken stormclouds. I guess most pegasi would zip away the moment they deposited another layer of grey, heavy clouds. I seem to need to practice quick ordering, since it seems I need to be really fast to have a chance.
I feel this city should be famous for it's almost constant layer of grey. I honestly don't remember when I saw the sun the last time. When I met up with the people who introduced me to ponies at an outdoor event we constantly were making jokes about who was responsible for ordering a clear sky and ultimatively forgot to do so. A common remark was "There are never any pegasi around when you need them!"
