My interpretation of cubone done completely in coffee

Pretty much! It's very similar to ink and watercolor but much more forgiving than either of those. To get the darker areas, I just used less water essentially. The coffee I use is the Folger's Instant Coffee Crystals so I don't have to brew anything and can just keep some crystals in a container and add water as needed!
Coffee like this is much more forgiving because if you mess up or want to add or subtract anything, all you have to do is add water and manipulate it however you want. It's such a wonderful medium. I have other coffee pieces throughout my gallery too if you need any help! Also, check out
meora_hedva. She inspired me to do coffee in the first place with her O'-Kafee (sp?) series.
